Most Chinese companies should not have a problem writing up a quick letter inviting their foreign customer to visit their company and the beautiful country of China! One main problem is they are overwhelmed that they need to go through hoops and write an extensively long and thorough letter. But this is not true, they can simply write a template such as the below:
