Our team is willing and able to dedicate time and resources to finding the right factory and deal terms you are looking for and prioritize your order above all others.
You will be assigned an account manager who will allocate time and resources to your specific sourcing needs. They will send you updates and insights regularly to help you in the deal you need.
How it Works
step 1
Complete the dedicated and prioritized sourcing request form here. We will discuss and confirm the best way for our sourcing team and your organization to form a business relationship (service provider, agent, bank escrow, and more)
step 2
Pay a prioritized sourcing deposit. To ensure we can allocate our resources of our team, network, and expertise, we need to have you put up a nominal deposit towards the order.
step 3
Our agents will work with you on a prioritized level. You will have direct contact with a senior agent in Shadstone Sourcing to assist with your order.
step 4
We will send you factory direct pricing and quotations and information. In real time, in PDF and other file formats for you to work on within your team.
step 5
We will assist with communication and flow of communication and samples
step 6
We will assist with quotation preparation, sales contract preparation, and order negotiations
step 7
Payments will be made directly to the factory, and our pre-arranged compensation (on a case by case basis agreed in advance) will be confirmed. The sourcing deposit fee will be applied to this invoice and transaction

We will work with our community at Loadpipe.com , to prepare the QC, shipping, and other services if you so desire and need these options and services.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why do I need to pay a prioritized sourcing deposit?
Under high volume times in the sourcing and international business cycle, there are times where our capacity is overloaded. We have too many requests that we can handle and the only way to prioritize the inbound new requests from clients we have not yet worked with is by requesting this fee. If you are not willing or able to pay the prioritized sourcing deposit, you can go on the standard sourcing request workflow and we will be back to you once our capacity has been re-allocated.
Is the prioritized sourcing deposit refundable?
Yes, we refund the prioritized sourcing fee if we are unable to find a factory with your requirements and order criteria.
Can you confirm if you can fulfill my requirements before I pay the deposit?
We can give an indication, but until we do the extensive sourcing and searching via the prioritized sourcing service we will be only giving a ballpark.
