How it Works

Complete the dedicated and prioritized sourcing request form here. We will discuss and confirm the best way for our sourcing team and your organization to form a business relationship (service provider, agent, bank escrow, and more)

Pay a prioritized sourcing deposit. To ensure we can allocate our resources of our team, network, and expertise, we need to have you put up a nominal deposit towards the order.
step 3
Our agents will work with you on a prioritized level. You will have direct contact with a senior agent in Shadstone Sourcing to assist with your order.
step 4
We will send you factory direct pricing and quotations and information. In real time, in PDF and other file formats for you to work on within your team.

We will assist with communication and flow of communication and samples
step 6
We will assist with quotation preparation, sales contract preparation, and order negotiations

Payments will be made directly to the factory, and our pre-arranged compensation (on a case by case basis agreed in advance) will be confirmed. The sourcing deposit fee will be applied to this invoice and transaction

We will work with our community at Loadpipe.com , to prepare the QC, shipping, and other services if you so desire and need these options and services.
